How long will it take to process my order?

All WATCHCRAFT watches are hand-sculpted, hand-painted, and assembled to order. As you can imagine, this takes some time. Please allow about 2 weeks for your order to be processed for shipping. You will receive an email notification when your item has shipped.
If you really need your item faster than that, you can jump to the front of the line for an additional fee of $100. This means your item will be ready for shipping in 1 week.

What about shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States and Canada. International shipping rates depend on where you are and how quickly you want your package.

What about tracking?

All packages are shipped with a tracking number. Once your order ships, you will receive an email update with a tracking number, so you can check on the status of your order and when to expect it.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

No. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

How long will it take for my WATCHCRAFT order to arrive?

Shipping times depend on your location. Orders within the United States usually arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping. International delivery times depend on your location, with estimates ranging from 3-10 business days. WATCHCRAFT is not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

What about customs fees and import taxes on international orders?

If you live outside the United States, you are responsible for all taxes and duties imposed by your country of residence. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges. WATCHCRAFT is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies.
In some cases, your package may be delivered to a local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of. If you don’t pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the original shipping charges.
Please make sure you enter your address correctly. WATCHCRAFT is not responsible for any errors with your shipping address and will not cover any additional fees should your package need to be rerouted or reshipped.

What if my item is damaged in transit?

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at watchcraft@watchcraft.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will do our best to come up with a satisfactory solution.

What if my package goes missing?

All items are shipped with a tracking number. Once your order ships, you will receive an email update with a tracking number, so you can check on the status of your order and when to expect it. Please make sure that you are available to receive the watch when it is delivered. Watchcraft is not responsible for any packages that go missing after the shipper has confirmed delivery.
If your package does not arrive, please email us at watchcraft@watchcraft.com. We will process a refund or replacement once the shipper completes their investigation and confirms that the parcel is lost.
